Broccoli with Garlic
Ingredients
3 C. broccoli
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Press garlic through a device. Allow garlic to sit while you steam 3 cups cut up broccoli for about 5 minutes. Add finely pressed garlic to olive oil. Drizzle garlic olive oil over broccoli. Toss the steamed broccoli and top with a few turns of the pepper mill. Add a touch of Himalayan pink salt for seasoning. Broccoli is especially useful for ailing kidneys and for correcting bleeding tendencies from low vitamin K.
