Granola Bars
Ingredients
4 C. old fashioned thick oats
2 C. spelt flour
1 C. non sweetened coconut
1 C. raisins
¾ C. Tupelo honey
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp Himalayan salt
¾ C. olive oil
½ C. chopped almonds
Preparation
Pre-heat oven 375º Mix together well and firmly press mixture on cookie pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F until puffy and soft. Cut into rectangles while still warm. If you wait until they cool they will become too difficult to cut.
