Endive Braised Chicory

Ingredients
2 heads Belgian endive
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp tupelo honey

Preparation
Slice the endive in half along the length. Sauté lightly on the cut side for about a minute. Add lemon juice and honey to the pan. Allow endive to caramelize. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or place in the oven and roast in its juices. While serving pour the pan juices over the endive. Serve.
