Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients
6 oz coconut water or
6 oz almond milk
½ banana
1 Tbsp raw soaked almonds
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 ¼ C frozen blackberries
Preparation
Add ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend and enjoy.
